As mentioned above, Lindsey's Carpet & Tile Care uses safe, high quality cleaning agents, one of the most powerful, state-of-the-art truck mounted systems, and takes the time necessary to ensure complete soil removal for all of our Tucson Carpet Cleaning services. There are four important factors that must be present to reach desired results when cleaning carpet. These are: cleaning agents, heat, agitation, and time, or C.H.A.T. Our cleaning agents are not only safe, but have the necessary detergents to facilitate the emulsification needed to completely remove the soil. Our truck mounted cleaning system enables us to heat our water to the recommended temperature thus increasing the cleaning agent activity, resulting in the surfactants and wetting agents capturing the soil and oils that are embedded in the carpet fibers. Carpeted areas, especially high traffic areas, are then agitated to work the cleaning agents into the carpet and to loosen tangled and crushed carpet fibers, enabling the dirt and oils to be released and extracted from the carpet. Finally, we take the time necessary to clean you carpet the right way. Chemical dwell time is very important in order to allow the agents to break down the soil and oils, which makes them easier to remove from the carpet.
